Aldi invites applications for a Deputy Store Manager in Maldon. You will support the Store Manager, lead colleagues, optimise displays, manage costs, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You'll work 25–35 hours per week with an additional £4 per hour premium when running the store, plus 28 days leave, training and development opportunities, and lifestyle discounts as part of Aldi's commitment to staff wellbeing.

As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you’ll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You’ll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets. This role offers real responsibility and is the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders on their journey towards a store management role.
