Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Grimsby to drive sales, mentor colleagues, and safeguard store standards. You’ll cover shifts, train staff, monitor stock, and ensure health and safety, with a £4 per hour premium when running the store.

As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you’ll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You’ll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets. This role offers real responsibility and is the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders on their journey towards a store management role.
