Achieve together is recruiting a Deputy Manager for The Old Vicarage in the United Kingdom. You will join the leadership team, developing support plans, conducting risk assessments, planning rotas, and supporting recruitment and development of team members.

You will work with the Home Manager to maintain safety and nurture an engaging, fulfilling environment for the people we support. This role offers challenge, growth, and purpose, with opportunities for progression and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading care teams and driving service improvements.
• Ability to develop and implement support plans and risk assessments.
• Experience with rota planning and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities
