Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a busy leisure centre, ensuring guests have a fantastic experience while supporting daily operations and profitability.

You will manage a large team, develop staff, drive sales, and ensure adherence to company policies. The role offers a fun environment with a comprehensive benefits package and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Have experience in leading and developing large teams.

The Role

Duties

As a Deputy Manager at Tenpin, you'll ensure our customers have a great time and create a fun environment for both them and our team. You'll support the General Manager with daily operations, team development, and driving sales and profits. Your duties include:

• Manage daily operations of the centre
