Job summary

Tenpin in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Manager to create a fun, customer-focused environment while delivering strong centre performance. You will support the General Manager with daily operations and people management in a vibrant leisure venue.

You will lead by example, drive sales and profits, ensure policy compliance, and be ready to deputise when needed. This is a hands-on role for a motivated leader who can develop large teams and maintain exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Have experience in leading and developing large teams.
• Determined, enthusiastic and patient.
• Ambitious and eager to progress.

The Role

As a Deputy Manager at Tenpin, you'll ensure our customers have a great time and create a fun environment for both them and our team. You'll support the General Manager with daily operations, team development, and driving sales and profits. Your duties include:
