Job summary

Cygnet Hollyhurst in Darlington is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team providing high quality care to people with complex needs. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week across five days, with a focus on maximum positive outcomes and recovery for patients.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and line management experience in social care, with proven stakeholder engagement skills. A DBS check is required and a range of employee benefits accompany the role.

Cygnet Hollyhurst:

Hollyhurst is a specialist residential service with nursing, supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs in Darlington, County Durham. The specialist MDT led team support people who have additional mental or physical health needs and behaviours that may challenge.

Your Day-to-Day…

• A talented leader with strong line management & communication skills
• Experienced within a social care setting & a multidisciplinary team
• An effective people, time & task manager with a proven track record of working with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care.
