Job summary

Cygnet is recruiting a Deputy Manager for Hollyhurst, a specialist residential service in Darlington, County Durham. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week across 5 days, delivering high-quality care to people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure safe care, meet quality targets and support positive recovery outcomes for our patients while benefiting from career progression and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Proven ability to manage people, time and tasks with varied stakeholders.

Cygnet Hollyhurst:

Hollyhurst is a specialist residential service with nursing, supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs in Darlington, County Durham. The specialist MDT led team support people who have additional mental or physical health needs and behaviours that may challenge.

Your Day-to-Day...

• Ensure the team provides safe, sound & supportive care to the people they support
