Job summary

SeeMe Hired Ltd is seeking a Deputy Locality Manager to oversee and support day-to-day operations of our supported living services in Tamworth. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care and maintain compliance with policies and CQC guidelines.

You will supervise and mentor staff, develop care plans, and coordinate with healthcare professionals to meet residents' needs. A flexible, on-call role is required to cover service needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior or deputy role working with adults with learning disabilities.
• NVQ Level 4+ or QCF Level 5 in Management, or willingness to work towards it.
• Excellent written, verbal, and IT skills with the ability to prioritise, plan, and organise effectively.
• Strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, with practical application experience.
• Fully flexible to meet the needs of the services you oversee, including participation in an on-call rota.
