Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a residential children's home, ideally at senior or deputy level.

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join our welcoming team in Woolston, Southampton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support a children's home specialising in caring for children and young people with learning and physical disabilities. As part of a regional network of nine homes, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment where independence, dignity, and the voices of young people are valued.

Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Home Manager based in Woolston, your daily duties will include:
