Job summary

Ox Row Inn, part of Fuller’s, in Salisbury, seeks a Deputy Manager to lead a busy pub and hotel team. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, train and motivate staff, and ensure exceptional guest service, while maintaining high standards for fresh food and drinks.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality, with a customer‑centric approach in a busy, pub‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Interest in ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running day-to-day pub operations.
• Lead front-line team and maintain service standards.
• Motivate staff to deliver engaging customer experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
