Job summary

Fuller's is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Ox Row Inn in Salisbury to lead the front-of-house team and ensure smooth, high-quality service during busy periods. You will help run the pub, mentor staff, and uphold brand standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
