Job summary

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is partnering with a market-leading retailer in Rugby to recruit a Deputy Manager. The role offers a salary up to £35,000 plus a performance bonus and clear progression toward Store Manager progression.

You will support the Store Manager, lead a dynamic team on the shop floor, coach colleagues, and drive exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety and procedures.

About the Role
