Zachary Daniels Recruitment is recruiting a Retail Manager for Whitehaven. This role leads a key department, drives customer service, stock and store presentation, while taking on Duty Manager responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Leader or Department Manager or similar leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment

• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results
• Commercial awareness and the ability to drive performance through people
