Job summary

Achieve Together is seeking a Deputy Manager in Merstham/Redhill to lead a care team, developing support plans, conducting risk assessments, planning rotas, and assisting with recruitment and staff development. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure safety and the wellbeing of the people we support with a proactive, compassionate leadership style.

You will bring energy, drive, and excellent people skills to motivate the team and maintain engaging, meaningful activities.
