About the Practice We are a friendly, well-established GP surgery caring for approximately 9,500 patients. Our team includes four GP Partners, Practice Manager, Office Manager, Administration Manager, four Practice Nurses, HCA, Phlebotomist, ANP and Matron. We pride ourselves on being a supportive, positive and collaborative practice where colleagues work together to provide high-quality, patient-centred care.
To support the Practice Manager and GP Partners with the effective day-to-day management of the practice, ensuring efficient operations, excellent patient experience, good governance and a positive working environment. The postholder will deputise for the Practice Manager when required.
Essential: Experience in a management or supervisory role; excellent organisational, communication and IT skills; ability to lead and support staff; ability to prioritise and work under pressure; commitment to confidentiality, patient care and continuous improvement.
Desirable: GP practice/NHS experience; knowledge of CQC, QOF, Enhanced Services, PCNs and primary care governance; HR and quality improvement experience.
