Heacham Group Practice is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our two-surgery team on a full or part-time basis (minimum four days per week). You will work closely with the GP Partners and PCN to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care.
The role includes staff management, financial oversight, HR, compliance and business planning, with a focus on patient wellbeing and meeting NHS contractual standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

We are looking for an exceptional leader with strong business management skills, experience of managing teams, project management, HR, finances and strategic planning to work both collaboratively with the 2 GP Partners and individually.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can work collaboratively with our local PCN and be adaptable and balance the needs of the practice with the challenges of providing healthcare.
The Practice Manager is responsible for the efficient, effective and safe management of the practice ensuring the well‑being of patients, GPs and staff, and the overall running of the practice.

Heacham Group Practice is a long‑established, friendly GP Practice with two surgeries at Heacham and Snettisham providing excellent quality healthcare for approximately 7,600 patients.
We receive overwhelmingly positive comments through friends and family tests and perform above the national average for the National General Practice Patient Survey.
Our team includes two GP Partners, Salaried GPs, ANP and very skilled nursing team including Nurse Practitioner, specialist nurses and HCAs. We are supported by an experienced administrative team who work closely with our clinical team providing excellent patient care along with a dedicated and supportive work environment. We work alongside a range of other healthcare professionals including Frailty Team, Social Prescriber and Mental Health Practitioners through our PCN (Coastal PCN).
We are proud to be a training practice for GP Registrars. Our clinical system is SystmOne and we also utilise AccuRx to support our processes.
