The Rising Sun, Bashley in the New Forest region seeks a Deputy Manager who can lead the team and deliver engaging, high-quality service. You will be a hands-on leader, guiding daily operations and ensuring the guest experience reflects our standards.

You will work closely with pub leadership to maintain exceptional guest experiences, manage operations, and develop colleagues through training and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
