Job summary

Lock Stock & Barrel, part of Fuller’s, is looking for an Assistant Manager in Newbury to lead front-of-house teams, ensure excellent guest service, and drive daily operations in a traditional riverside pub setting.

You will oversee service, train staff, manage reservations and stock, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Fuller’s values and quality standards.
