Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee centre operations and ensure guests have a fantastic experience while supporting the General Manager with daily duties, team development, and driving sales and profits.

You will lead by example, cultivate a customer-focused culture and help achieve KPIs, while ensuring policies and procedures are followed. This role is based in our UK centres.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Experience leading and developing large teams.
• Determined, enthusiastic and patient.
• Ambitious and eager to progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the centre.

The Role
