Tenpin Rochdale is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead daily operations and create a fun environment for guests and staff. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive sales, ensure safety and policy compliance, and mentor a large team across multiple roles.

You’ll thrive on delivering excellent customer service, developing people, and achieving KPI targets in a busy entertainment venue with bowling, escape rooms, and food offerings.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Have experience in leading and developing large teams.

The Role
