Job summary

The Hesketh Arms in Rufford is seeking a Deputy General Manager to support the leadership team and enhance service delivery. You will help manage day-to-day operations and develop staff across the restaurant and service areas.

You will join a team committed to great food and hospitality, with training provided pre-opening and potential multisite opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Experience in a service-based hospitality environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Assist the General Manager in running daily operations.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team to maintain high standards.

We are looking for a Deputy General Manager to join our team!

This role is for our opening post-refurbishment and the candidate must be available to start from 26th October 2026 for our 2-week training period pre-opening. An earlier start can be accommodated working at one of our sister sites for training.
