Job summary

Halfords Group PLC in Bedfordshire is seeking a Store Manager who can lead a high-performing team on the shop floor, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and uphold our standards of service and compliance.

You will drive sales, manage KPIs, recruit and develop staff, and foster a safe, welcoming store environment while living our core values and ensuring the team stays motivated in a fast-paced retail setting.
