Job summary

Aldi in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes an additional premium of £4 per hour when running the store and involves training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving targets.

You will help minimise costs, improve operational efficiency, monitor stock, and ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained.

You will also receive an additional premium of £4.00 per hour whilst running the store. As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you'll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You'll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets. This role offers real responsibility and is the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders on their journey towards a store management role.
