Job summary

Aldi in Bedford is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead store operations with a flexible 25-35 hour contract. You will support the Store Manager, coach colleagues, and drive sales while maintaining strong customer service and efficient cost control.

The role includes an additional £4 per hour premium when running the store, plus extensive training and development opportunities within the Aldi career path.

You will also receive an additional premium of £4.00 per hour whilst running the store. As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you'll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You'll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets. This role offers real responsibility and is the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders on their journey towards a store management role.

• Previous Store Management experience is a plus but not essential
