Job summary

Aldi is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will manage deliveries, handle customer queries, and organise shifts, with a focus on people management, performance and operational goals.

This role offers a flexible 32, 36 or 40 hour contract, a competitive salary, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, access to an online wellbeing portal and an Employee Assistance Programme, and maternity leave pay
