Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead store operations in the Store Manager's absence, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will also receive an additional premium of £4.00 per hour whilst running the store. As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you'll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You'll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets. This role offers real responsibility and is the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders on their journey towards a store management role.
