Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is recruiting an Assistant Manager for a flagship Selfridges location. The role offers an exciting chance to shape the business with a newly created post and to drive KPIs while leading a high-end team.

You will support the Store Manager, champion training, and deliver outstanding customer service in a premium environment, with back-office and merchandising responsibilities all part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, or a strong supervisor ready to step up.
• Fully flexible across the week, covering early, mid and late shifts.
• Experience with premium or luxury products is desirable.
• Excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills.

The Role
