Job summary

Aldi in Denton, United Kingdom, is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role includes training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving KPIs while maintaining cost control and efficient store operations.

You will step in during Manager absence, manage stock rotation, till processes, and health & safety standards. The role offers an additional £4 per hour when running the store, and a flexible 25–35 hour week

You will also receive an additional premium of £4.00 per hour whilst running the store. As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you'll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You'll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets. This role offers real responsibility and is the perfect stepping stone for experienced team leaders on their journey towards a store management role.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

• Strong customer service and compliance skills
• Previous Store Management experience is a plus but not essential
