Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom to support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and driving sales while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll run the store in the manager's absence, monitor costs, maintain health and safety standards, and help boost team engagement and store KPIs. The role offers a flexible 25–35 hour week contract with training and employee benefits.
