Job summary

Aldi is seeking a Store Manager for a Taunton-based role to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive KPI targets, maintain operational standards, and ensure cost control while upholding Aldi's values.

In this position you will recruit, develop and mentor staff, optimise store performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. A flexible 40 or 45-hour week is available.
