Job summary

Aldi Store Manager is sought to lead a team and deliver exceptional shopping experiences, driving operational excellence and cost control while maintaining top-quality standards. You will inspire a positive, high-performing work environment and ensure compliance across store operations.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop staff, tackle customer complaints professionally, and push for KPI achievement in a fast-paced retail setting.
