Job summary

Halfords in Colchester is seeking a Deputy Manager to join our store leadership team, covering the Store Manager’s absence. You will drive sales, coach colleagues, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll have at least a year of retail management experience, strong coaching and communication skills, and a solid grasp of compliance and operational standards. Proficiency with MS Office and a passion for delivering great outcomes are essential.
