Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Deputy Manager to support store operations in the Store Manager's absence. You will lead a team, coach colleagues, and ensure high service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive sales, manage daily operations, and schedule staff while ensuring compliance with health and safety and company standards. We value inclusion and offer development opportunities within Halfords.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of managerial experience in retail sales.
• Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues.
• Strong understanding of compliance and operational standards.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deliver customer metrics.
