Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Deputy Manager to become the Head of Department for either Bar, Restaurant, or Team. You will be fully accountable for operations, standards, and leading the team to deliver our authentic, fresh-food BBQ menu in one of the town's busiest restaurants.

• Head of Department for Bar, Restaurant or Team; fully accountable for operations and standards.
• Lead the team to deliver Hickory's authentic fresh-food BBQ menu in a busy restaurant.
