• Experience managing in adult social care settings required.
• Must be fully registered online with a DBS.
• At least one year of care experience in the UK is needed.

Requirements

• Previous management experience in adult social care settings, including medication management
• Good knowledge of quality and clinical governance best practices

• Experience of promoting a caring and friendly environment where person-centred care is at the heart of everything you do, including empowering residents to participate in decisions
• The ability to form relationships with residents, families, the home team, and medical professionals
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
