Requirements
- Previous management experience in adult social care settings, including medication management
- Good knowledge of quality and clinical governance best practices
- The ability to lead, motivate, develop, and delegate to others, and be part of a supportive team
- Experience of promoting a caring and friendly environment where person-centred care is at the heart of everything you do, including empowering residents to participate in decisions
- The ability to form relationships with residents, families, the home team, and medical professionals
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
