Las Iguanas in Bath is seeking a Deputy Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment to lead the floor from open to close. You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to drive service standards, mentor the team and ensure smooth shift operations with confidence and positivity.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll coach staff, uphold brand standards, and support the restaurant’s busy service with clear decision-making, a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering memorable experiences

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant leadership and guest service.
• Strong people development and coaching skills.
• Organised, guest-focused and energetic.
