Job summary

Las Iguanas is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General and Deputy Managers in running a buzzing restaurant in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll lead shifts, motivate the team and ensure guests leave happy, with a hands-on approach on the floor and a focus on maintaining high standards during busy services.

You’ll be a positive, people-focused leader who enjoys developing others and growing your management career within a brand known for personality and team spirit.
