Las Iguanas in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep energy high, lead shifts and motivate the team while ensuring every guest leaves happy in our fast-paced, Latin‑inspired restaurant.

You’ll be hands-on on the floor, coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, and driving performance. This role offers real progression within Big Table Group for leaders who are guest‑obsessed, organised and ready to grow their management careers.
