Job summary

Las Iguanas in Reading is recruiting an Assistant Manager to help run a lively Latin American restaurant. You’ll lead shifts, coach the team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure standards stay high during peak services.

You’ll be a hands-on leader, visible on the floor, focused on developing colleagues, delivering great service, and supporting the General Manager to achieve brand goals in a fast-paced, people‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Customer-focused with energy to motivate a busy team.
