Job summary

Las Iguanas is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep energy high, lead shifts and inspire a motivated team in a lively Latin-inspired setting.

You’ll be hands-on on the floor, coaching the team and maintaining standards during busy services, while supporting the General and Deputy Managers to run a buzzing restaurant and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
