Las Iguanas is hiring an Assistant Manager in Reading to support the General and Deputy Managers in running a lively Latin-inspired restaurant. You will lead shifts, coach the team, and ensure every guest leaves happy, while maintaining brand standards during busy services.

You’ll be an energetic, guest-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, developing others and growing your career within the Big Table Group family.
