Endeavour Academy in Nottingham is seeking a Deputy Lead for Re-Engagement Pathway Provision who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking and flexible to join a dedicated team.

You will help develop a high-quality REP, working with REP Leads to restore learners’ relationship with education and integrate them back into Endeavour's wider curriculum pathways. The role focuses on safeguarding, progression and consistent high expectations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement engaging, structured REP sessions alongside REP Leads.
• Maintain a safe, predictable, relational environment to support student progress.
• Address barriers behind behaviour while upholding high expectations for learning and participation.
• Support students to improve regulation, engagement, independence, confidence and readiness for future learning.
