Job summary

Endeavour Academy, part of the Nexus Multi Academy Trust, seeks a Deputy Lead for Re-Engagement Pathway Provision (REP) to join a dedicated team between its Lower and Upper School sites.

You will work full-time, term-time plus insets, with duties to develop high-quality REP, support students with SEMH, and collaborate with REP Leads and wider Trust staff.

• Work with staff to address barriers to learning and promote progression.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing environment and an ambitious curriculum.
