Kew Green Hotels is seeking a driven Deputy Kitchen Manager in Horley to support a high quality, efficient kitchen operation and profitability. You will work with the Kitchen Manager to lead the team, uphold standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

You’ll cover day-to-day leadership, ensure food safety and quality, assist with menu planning, manage stock and drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience at Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie level.
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations and safety standards.
• Proven leadership potential with the ability to motivate others.

Aufgaben

• Lead in the Kitchen Manager's absence to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain brand standards for food preparation, presentation and safety.
• Assist with menu planning and implementation to improve quality and guest appeal.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and compliance across the kitchen.
• Support stocktakes, ordering and stock control to minimise waste.
• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen performance and guest experience.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and food safety standards are met.
• Train, motivate and supervise team members to deliver service excellence.
