Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a driven Deputy Kitchen Manager in Ashford to support the delivery of a high-quality, efficient kitchen operation and guest experience. You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager, lead the team, uphold standards and contribute to profitability through strong cost control and waste reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.
• Ensure all dishes meet brand standards and safety requirements.
• Assist in menu planning and implementation to drive quality and appeal.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and compliance across the kitchen.
• Support stocktakes, ordering and stock control to minimise waste.
• Provide training and coaching to team members to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and food safety standards are met.
• Promote continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
