Job summary

Langley House Trust in Poole seeks a compassionate and proactive Deputy IAP Manager to guide residents transitioning from custody to community, ensuring safe and successful resettlement. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work across agencies while upholding the Trust's Christian ethos and values.

A relocation package of £8,000 is available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, values-driven leadership to support disadvantaged people, Upholding Christian ethos.
• Background in criminal justice, prison, probation or similar environments.
• Organised, proactive leader with ability to manage budgets, staff and workloads and collaborate with agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support management of offenders transitioning from custody to the community for successful resettlement.
• Assist with well-being and supervision of Approved Premises residents and ensure license compliance.
• Regular inspections, monitor behaviour, engage with residents with colleagues and partners.
• Support Public Protection by ensuring adherence to licence conditions and provide Out of Hours support.
• Model Christian values and lead with Christ-centered ethos.
• Demonstrate Christian leadership in line with Langley House Trust's mission.
