Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a Deputy Hospital Manager (RMN) to join a mental health hospital in Essex. You will work alongside the Hospital Director and clinical team to support day-to-day operations and maintain high standards of care.

The role leads a multidisciplinary team, balances budgets, and supports staff development within a specialist service for complex mental health needs and neurological conditions. NMC registration is required.

Qualifications

• BSc Mental Health Nursing/equivalent with full NMC registration.
• Experience at Clinical Lead/Unit Lead or Senior Nurse level within a mental health setting.
• Confident leading a team, including junior nurses and non-clinical staff.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; visa sponsorship not available.

Person specification:

• BSc Mental Health Nursing/equivalent with full NMC registration

• Previous responsibility for balancing budgets and developing strategies is advantageous
