Find Medical is recruiting a Senior Staff Nurse (RMN) for a Mental Health Hospital in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. The role offers leadership opportunities within a specialist neuropsychiatric service and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Salary up to £40,040 per annum with ongoing training and career progression. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dewsbury.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
• Previous experience working within a mental health inpatient setting.
• Team Leader, Senior Nurse, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of person-centred care to service users within a specialist neuropsychiatric environment.
• Lead shifts and coordinate clinical activities across the ward.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to nursing and healthcare staff.

We are recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse to join a leading Mental Health Hospital in Dewsbury, providing high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health and neuropsychiatric needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse with leadership experience to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team while further developing their clinical and management skills.

Key Responsibilities
