Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a committed Deputy Home Manager for a brand new nursing home near Olney. The role involves supporting the Home Manager, ensuring high standards of care and adherence to CQC, with senior responsibilities for service delivery.

The successful candidate will have an RGN or RMN with an active NMC Pin, and prior deputy/home management experience is preferred. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified as an RGN or RMN with an active NMC Pin.
• Deputy Home Manager experience preferred.
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards.

Responsabilités

• Support the Home Manager and handle day-to-day running in their absence.
• Co-manage all service aspects in line with CQC requirements.
• Ensure residents receive high standards of care and opportunities for growth.
• Flexibility to cover floors or work alongside nurses when needed.
