Qualifications

• Experience in a deputy home manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Home Manager and oversee smooth home operations.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for home vacancies.
• Ensure timely reporting and escalation of ill-health and GP visits.
• Administer prescribed medicines and maintain records per policy.
• Maintain accurate safeguarding and incident records and notes.
• Audit care plans to meet residents' changing needs.
• Support clinical service delivery and nursing practice in line with regulations.
